Es complicado hacer una lista de “Las 10 Mejores Canciones” cuando la banda en cuestión tiene dos de los mejores discos de la década de los 90. Casi está uno obligado a ignorar todo lo demás. No porque no sea bueno. Simplemente no está a la altura de ciertos LPs con títulos como Different Class y His N Hers.
Así es, nuestra lista de las 10 mejores canciones es sobre Pulp, emblema del britpop, banda liderada por Jarvis Cocker que en su momento no alcanzó la fama internacional de sus pares, Oasis y Blur, pero que ahora ha eclipsado a esas dos bandas en popularidad y demanda (bueno… se puede argumentar algo por Blur).
El próximo lunes, Pulp viene desde Coachella para tocar en un foro de la ciudad de México por primera vez en su larga trayectoria. La cita es en el Palacio de los Deportes, y aunque no lo creas, todavía hay boletos disponibles en ticketmaster. No puedes dejar pasar esta oportunidad porque si te los pierdes el lunes quien sabe si alguna vez regresarán. Lo mismo se decía de Radiohead y ya ves que regresaron apenas tres años después. Pero… ¿para qué tomar el riesgo? Si eres fan no te arriesgues y adquiere tu boleto como sea posible y donde sea posible.
Y si en efecto eres fan, seguro tendrás algo que decir a favor o en contra de nuestra lista que te presentamos en tres… dos… uno…
