La disquera británica independiente publicó un listado con los que considera que han sido los mejores 101 discos de este año.
Formada en 1978 y obteniendo gran reconocimiento internacional por promover bandas como Buzzcocks y The Smiths, Rough Trade se posicionó como una de las principales disqueras independientes a nivel mundial.
Después de tener severos problemas económicos durante la década de los 80 y 90, Rough Trade está de nuevo en la mira de todo el mundo al promocionar lanzamientos de bandas como The Libertines, The Strokes, Arcade Fire y más.
