Hay sellos discográficos que pareciera que todo lo que tocan, lo convierten en oro. En algún momento fueron XL, Domino, Sub-Pop, Art & Crafts y un largo etcétera, pero si hay un sello que en la actualidad tiene proyectos interesantes ese es Dirty Label, casa de The 1974, Japanese House, Super Food y por supuesto, Pale Waves.
Pale Waves es una banda de Manchester que podríamos decir, rescata lo mejor del goth-pop de los ochenta, o que en su defecto podría ser lo que sonaría si Chvrches y HAIM tuvieran un pequeño hijo.
Con apenas un par de singles, no hay mucho más que podamos decir de Pale Waves, salvo que es una de esas bandas a las que habrá que ponerle ojo. Como muestra está “Television Romance” para afirmar que tienen potencial para convertirse en una de nuestras nuevas bandas favoritas.
